Option 1
Advice and explanation in English of all private documents drawn up by the notary, follow-up of the file and management of all correspondence exchanged with the notary's office or any other body throughout the file, right up to the signing of the deed:
SELLING PRICE → HERAULT HOME HUNTER PRICE LIST
Between €0 and €250,000 → Flat rate of €480 inc. tax (€400 excl. tax)
Between €250,001 and €500,000 → Flat fee of €660 inc. tax (€550 excl. tax)
Between €500,001 and €1,000,000 → Flat fee of €840 inc. tax (€700 excl. tax)
Over €1,000,001 → Flat rate of €960 inc. tax (€800 excl. tax)
Option 2
Physical assistance at the notary's office as interpreter :
Fixed price 240 € TTC (200 € H.T) whatever the selling price.
Option 3
Explanation, translation, follow-up of exchanges with the notary's office and presence at appointments as interpreter:
Package as defined in OPTION 1 + Package as defined in OPTION 2.
For example, for a sale of €250,000.00: €720 incl. VAT (€600 excl. VAT)
